Invicta Management Services World Group
Corporate Profile
The Invicta Management Services World Group (IMS Group) was founded in 1979, when Invicta Management Services Ltd (IMS Ltd) was incorporated in the UK with a single office in the city of London. It was the brainchild of two senior shipping executives, with many years of experience in the international transportation business. The initial objectives of the company were as follows:
Provision of professional representation within the European theatre of operations, in order to serve overseas corporations engaged in the transportation business.
Expert consultative advice, including the preparation of economic feasibility studies, for all aspects of land and marine transportation.
Undertaking of specific "in-house" interim executive management assignments, with the objectives of improving a corporation's profitability and overall efficiency.
Executive search and placement activities.
Since IMS Ltd was first incorporated, these original objectives have been expanded to include:
Provision of project management services, including "turnkey" operations, principally associated with innovative transportation solutions
Provision of computer orientated system solutions
